I really don't feel that I need to say anything about this picture, I think it speaks for itself. We were at Clark and Louise's pool on Thursday and Sophia was styling with her floaty suit and Nic's sunglasses. Man she is stylish.

Sophia has been riding her tricycle alot lately and the big girls on our street all have helmets for their bikes. So, of course Sophia wanted a helmet. When I was at Toys r Us the other day I saw this helmet and I knew she would love it. She has been wearing the helmet non stop since she got it. It is a little big but she will grow into it. I guess she is better safe than sorry.

NO TURKEYS WERE HARMED DURING THESE PHOTOS !!
These pictures that I posted need a little explanation. My Uncle Mark is a pretty funny guy, he seems to always have something up his sleeve. On Memorial Day he got out his decoy turkeys for the kids. My unlce hunts, not your typical hunter, he is not a redneck or anything like that. So the turkeys were a hit. Sophia and Fletcher thought they were so cool. Fletcher was giving hugs and kisses and at one point trying to eat them. Sophia our wildlife queen thought they were awesome. Uncle Mark entertained the kids all evening (Thanks Uncle Mark). Fletcher also thought that a plastic chair was a great toy and he climbed on and off of it about 100 times. We had a great picnic and the kids had a blast.

On Sunday we went to Colton's 3rd birthday party. It was really fun and the kids really enjoyed it. The party was at the Children's Museum in downtown Wheeling. There were a bunch of kids there and lots of fun things to get into. Sophia really enjoyed the dress up clothes and Fletcher was glued to the rice table. Everyone had John Deere shirts and colors on because of the very manly John Deere theme. Sophia and Fletcher were party animals and now Sophia cannot wait for her birthday to come. * I especially love the picture of Fletcher and Ryleigh at the sand table, they look like the are scheming up a master plan...hmmm kinda scary

Fletcher is now 15 months old. He weighs 25 lbs. and is 33 inches tall. He is so full of life and into everything. Everyday is a new adventure and he seems to be learning new tricks by the minute. The first 15 months have flown by with only a few minor cuts and bruises. I am sure the next 15 will be even more exciting than the first. Fletcher has made some friends and has become a little man.

James went golfing today so I had both the kids to myself. We started out by visiting Nana, the kids love to go there and play with Mac and visit with Nana. Nana was able to fix Sophia's pants because they were too big. After leaving Nana's house we went to the playground and met Ashley and Colton for some fun. Sophia got to take her tricycle to the playground and she was really doing awesome riding it. After the playground we went to the Highlands for a little shopping and I grabbed a frozen coffee. When we got home Fletcher was worn out and napped and Sophia and I went outside for a little playtime. She rode her bike and was on the slide. She was in a good mood. And some of the pics turned out awesome.

We had a really laid back fun mother's day this year. Sophia did a little puddle jumping in front of our house. She really enjoyed herself. Fletcher was napping and she had all of our attention.
After the puddle jumping had ended we did some face painting. Sophia has watercolor crayons that are awesome for coloring on your skin, they wipe right off. She calls it her makeup. She really enjoyed painting my face as well as her own.
